24 bit decoding for Soundcore Liberty Air 2?

Hi,
In advanced sistem settings ( developer options) there is available only 16 bits per sample decoding ( with aptX codec and 44 - 48Khz). It is possible to decode at 24 bits per sample? It could add some audio quality benefits…

I would think at 24bit the aptxHD codec would be needed for any noticeable audio benefits…
