And now my Q20 headphones wont power on despite saying they have full battery capacity when plugged into the laptpp

um…is this a general issue…that this product has issues? Maybe I should just send it back? What are everyone else’s experiences?

So you connected Bluetooth and wired at same time?

So the wired connection should work.

Hey there, let us know if the following troubleshooting is helpful or not:

  • Try a wall charger and cable to charge the earbuds at least 24 hours no matter if the indicator is on or off (it’s best to use a 5V charger)
  • Make sure the wall charger and cable you’re using work fine on other devices
