Hello everyone. I’ve bought Q20 5 days ago from amazon.com. When I check the headphone I seen a problem. When I close ANC mode and open the Bass Up mode, the sound going to boomed. I’m going to return the product. But I wonder that is the problem chronic?

that generally happens when the volume level is too high as the gains exceed the frequency response of the driver. you can try turning the volume down on the headphones themselves as well as your phone or whatever device you have connected
