Hi, how can I switch off the loud noise my bookbox makes when starting up or shutting down? I use the boombox early in the morning to listen to calm music and this sound freaks me out every time I use the boombox.

Since I’m not sure what speaker you are referring to, I’d recommend contacting Support to see if it can be done.
I agree I have the motion x600 and I don’t care for the start up shut down sounds.
As I already mentioned contact Soundcore since we don’t work here and they don’t seem to visit the forum anymore.
Some Soundcore products let you disable startup sounds in the app. Nose around.
