Does the A1 have App Support? Not all Soundcore products are supported by the App.

I agree that I think the A2 may have had it but not the A1 but we will teach you to fish.
So @stjuliang, you should try to connect the device to the app. If it does not find it, you will need to search hit the search manually when it is not found. You will search for the life section and see if you can find the device. If it is not there, you can also hit the more to search there as well.
It’s not supported. Trivial to look before purchasing, do a manual add device and scroll around and notice it’s not there. Easy to do when considering a product.
