I have the Frames.
2 hours isn’t normal. I walked for 4.5hrs yesterday listening to sounds and they were not yet flat. I had half the time near traffic at maximum volume, less so in countryside.
These are actually TWS but they dont report each side, so what may have happened is you paired BT 4.2 which meant one side had to shoulder excess master workload.
Is your phone Bluetooth > 4.2? 5.0 5.2 ?
Do a reset and repair. Reset is wear them and on normally and press hold both sides near logo for 10 seconds, and then pair on phone again. Yesterday I was suffering Bluetooth cutouts so did exactly that and problem went away.
If after reset it’s bad then try one more time reset again, if still bad then email service@soundcore.com and include serial number proof of purchase and address . I did that last week and they said to do reset so make sure you are clear you already repeatedly tried reset.
