Broken eartips. Help

Eartips are breaking; after 4 months of use. Surely they are under warranty. Who do I contact?

When you say eartip, are you saying the earbud is cracking or the rubber piece as a fyi

I agree with @Craig_Paterson. Your best bet would be to Contact Customer Support.
