Today I purchased Soundcore Life P3. Can I use Samsung S21 Ultra’s fast charger to charge P3?

Yes you can. You can use any charger because controller inside charging box will limit power to acceptable level.

Basically any charger that meets the specs for the device and as stated on the limitations

As long as it’s a smart USB charger (switching) it should be fine as @VertigoXX mentioned .
