Unable to add new Flare 2 to my account, so cannot update firmware.

Usually due to a bad pairing. Delete pairing, reboot phone, pair.
Thanks, I am going to try that one more time, and hopefully it’ll work. I have one already in my account and I wasn’t sure if that was part of the problem, however I can’t connect 2 to the same device at once; not until the firmware is updated and I can party cast them.
If on Android then insert extra step. Turn off phone bluetooth, delete pairing, settings, apps, show system, bluetooth, force stop, clear cache, then reboot, then pair. If that’s too complicated then instead do reboot to recovery, wipe cache (do not wipe data), reboot, pair.
I HAVE ONLY BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS SPEAKER TO CONNECT AND UPDATE ALL DAY BECAUSE IT WAS A PRESENT FOR MY SON! I HAVE A SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 +, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE LIKE THIS BEFORE! I RESTARTED MY PHONE FOR THE 100TH TIME, AND INSTEAD OF JUST TURNING THE SPEAKER ON AND CONNECTING WITH THE BLUETOOTH, I ACTUALLY CONNECTED IT IN MY SMARTTHINGS APP BEFORE DOING ANYTHING AND IT UPDATED RIGHT OFF THE Get GO!! HOW FRUSTRATING!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
