Cant get Sound up or down to work

hi i just received my new liberty air 2 pro, really enjoying them however cant seem to get the earbuds to respond volume up or down i’ve tried single tap double tap and hold tap none work. any suggestions

I think this is one of the buds without their own volume control.

Default seems to be play and next track.

You will need to change the control for it if you have not done the controls yet

I do not think it has single touch on these.
