Change modes while on Aux

I just got the Life Q30 over-ear headphones and I’m trying them on aux mode. It seems to be in “transparent mode” and I would like to use it in “normal mode”.
Am I simply not finding a way to change modes while on Aux or isn’t it possible? Thank you!!

Most headset for soumdcore seems to shutdown functions when in aux mode. So the “transparent mode” is just that fun tonality turned off in aux mode

With that said, it does not mean that your issue is the same and it may need reported. Have you done the updates?
