Claim a warranty

Left earpod was not working since last week

It’s community site. You should clime warranty by contacting Soundcore support by e-mail
But I suggest to do reset and try again before you will contact customer service


@Konathalagoutham Check the contacts don’t have any muck or debris and try a reset of the earbuds like @VertigoXX has mentioned.

If this still fails to resolve reach out to with your purchase date and serial for assistance / replacement under your warranty if they are found to be faulty.


Also depending on when you purchased them will decide if they are still under warranty or not. Wish you the best of luck. I would definitely try resetting and cleaning the charging contacts in case and on earbuds first
