Connection Issues

I just purchased the Life P3 earbuds and I haven’t been able to connect them.

Some of these suggestions might seem obvious, so so don’t be offended:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the App downloaded to your phone (v2.8.2)
  2. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on, on your phone.
  3. Find the Earbuds on the App and click on them.

If that doesn’t take care of your problem, try contacting Customer Support.

In addition to the great input from @steve976 and @sodojka I would suggest that you fully charge the case and buds too.
