I just purchased the Life P3 earbuds and I haven’t been able to connect them.
Some of these suggestions might seem obvious, so so don’t be offended:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the App downloaded to your phone (v2.8.2)
- Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on, on your phone.
- Find the Earbuds on the App and click on them.
If that doesn’t take care of your problem, try contacting Customer Support.
