Microphone is very weak in conversations and that’s very amateur
You should tell us much more about the device you use the buds with.
How confident are you the microphone in the buds are being used rather than a microphone further away? Try phoning a spare phone, mute its much, and tap the buds mic and then tap your phone’s mic and listen which is louder on the other phone.
If that shows the buds mic is not being used and your phone is being used, then delete the pairing, reboot phone, reset the buds, pair again. Try mic again.
If that’s doesn’t fix it then delete pairing, reset buds, pair with a different phone. If the problem persists, same on the other phone then you have a dud bud and should contact support.
