That’s usually Windows. Right?

As this is hours ago you probably resolved it, if not follow tips and tricks for Windows Bluetooth, don’t search for the specific Soundcore product, none of them need a pin.

Assuming you still have issues then for Android:

  • delete the pairing
  • turn phone Bluetooth off.
  • follow buds reset instructions, then buds need to wait a few minutes to actually complete reset so these steps below should be enough time.
  • (search how to do on your phone) reboot to recovery mode
  • wipe cache (not data, that’s a reset you don’t want that)
  • boot
  • Bluetooth on
  • pair

Should now work. If it doesn’t I can give a slightly longer set of steps related to your buds reset may not have worked.
