Delay in video, how tô solve?

my soundcore 3 has an annoying delay on videos, is this something normal for it or is it possible to solve it?

Which device do you have it connected to?

I have it and do not remember if it has it or not.

First question is what device and what service are you using (Youtube, or other online services.

If I remember that I think that it was slow with Youtube potentially.

If you use VLC ,there is an option to adjust this.

Try different codecs, and has been said some media players allow you to insert a video delay to mask audio delay.

Would be useful to know the device or OS you are using the speaker on. Had similar on MacOS and it can normally be resolved by changing the codec settings using the BT module settings.

@wellington_wf14 Hey, there. You can try the firmware updating in the Soundcore APP to resolve the issue normally. (the latest version of the speaker is Ver.029)

Best would be to use VLC to solve that.
I played around with it, great, what a powerful program
for all OS!
