I have ordered the q30 earphones. They have never arrived and i did not get any message from Soundcore. I have already written an E-Mail to the service and support and still got no message back. I also have used the PayPal customer service to get my money back, still no answer.
What should I do now? I am already waiting really long.
Did you get an order confirmation? Did it take money your PayPal as well? I am assuming it was from soundcore website.
If you sent it like Friday it will most likely Monday or so til you get a response
I got an order confirmation. I already sent the messages yesterday in the morning and 2 days ago i have called the support which did not take of the phone (called them 10 times).
