My liberty 3 pro small ear tips broke, they became detached from the ring that holds them in place on the earbuds. They are my perfect size, now I am using on size larger and my whole listening experience has changed; and not in a good way. Can you help to replace them. Purchased this item in November 2021. Thank you for your help and consideration.

Agree with @TheSnarkyOne and his second option as you can buy them there. If you have other earbuds they may work as well…
