How do I download firmware for Soundcore Spirit X2? I use a mac

I do not use a Mac but I am almost sure there is no app for that system just like there is no pc version of the app.

There is neither an app form MAC nor for MS OS.
You should download that app to your phone (Iphone or such one with Android)

I could be wrong but I don’t think the spirit X2 connect to the Soundcore app so downloading firmware wouldn’t be through the app

I thought I had seen a couple of posts some time back about a pc based firmware loader…

I’ll do a quick search to see if I can find… now it likely won’t help you out, being on a Mac, but would show that the possibility exists outside the app.

Failing that, a quick email to service may yield a self extracting / installing file.
