Obviously autopilots have been a big thing for a long time. But if this works out, maybe we can back off of TSA a little bit - hijackings will become a thing of the past.
They probably aren’t as good as Captain Sully when you have a flock of birds suddenly in your engines. But for most situations, they might be better than the pilots you will find flying commercial jets in countries around the world.
