I just did a retest for HearID and while the test was running for my right ear one of the test tones switched over to the left ear. Ran the test more than once, and made sure the app was updated, and each time I run the test now it happens. The test tone is like the “3rd from the left”, and it stays on the left ear for the entire test for that tone. Has anyone else noticed this. Makes it very difficult to trust the results.

You can potentially report it after you try a reset of the earbuds, disconnect them from the device and back again. Retry test
