How do you test your headphones or speakers

Hey everyone,
I was looking around the internet and found this nice website that walks you through different ways to test headphones and what it means about the headphones or speakers you are listening to. The last thing which I personally believe is the most important is listening to tracks that you are familiar with. So what is your go to song to test and what other things do you do when you get a new speaker or pair of headphones ?

I used something like this when I first got my Sony noise canceling headphones they performed extremely well

Let me know what you think of it. Be careful with some of them if you have the volume up to high and then it starts playing it might hours your ears.

I quite liked the voice overs to let you know what frequency the test was at.

I also liked the bass shaker test.

I did note the test instructions offered where to start the volume at, so I didn’t have any issues getting me ears blasted.

Thanks for the heads up. Now I’ll have to note where each pair lies with respect to each test… hope my ears are consistent…
