Music definitely gets me going in workouts. Even just getting motivated to do something around the house that I’m not looking forward to doing haha :rofl:

Motivation is definitely a big factor. The beat can help too, but it is hard to find something that consistently drives the right speed.

I find that I use music with faster tempo for helping with that extra ooomph for not just workouts, work too.

Surprising how one gets an adrenaline rush with high bpm tunes.

Especially good for running.
