How to fix the buds when only one of the pair works?

Right bud doesn’t work, The left bud works.
ONLY OWNED THEM FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS…

Try to reset earbuds.and forget bluetooth connection on device those were connected.
Than pair again.
Hope it will work.

May be a couple of things. I would say do the above but may want to check a few other things.

Since new, you may want to check that the plastic is off of the earbud.

The best thing to do is to have buds in case and open then close. The led light should flash first n third led light. This will show both are getting a charge. If not then check the connection point. Worse case it is dead and you may need to contact service@soundcore.com
