Here are some tips on how to get the most out of your new earbuds:

  1. Make sure you’re wearing the earbuds in the correct position so that they create a tight seal. This will enhance the sound quality and noise cancellation effect.

  2. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds before using for the first time.

  3. Use the stems of the earbuds to adjust their position in your ears to avoid touching the touchpad (located on the Soundcore logo).

  4. Go to “Custom Controls” in the Soundcore app to tailor the touch controls to suit you.

I am assuming the stated earbuds are Liberty air 2 pros. If they are not they would have earnings. So getting the right fit for the earnings and earbuds are a must to getting a good fit.

If you’re earbuds don’t have stems then don’t use them to adjust the earbuds :joy:
