How to reset headphones

I have SoundCore Pro headphones.
When I put them on, they keep pausing. They aren’t recognizing that they are off of my head, and don’t pause.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Go into Bluetooth settings forget the earbuds in the device settings hold down 10 seconds to reset. If you need any more help do not hesitate to reach out and follow me
