Hi I got these L2 soundcore head phone and they are not lasting the hours you say they do. I CHARGE them complete and when I turn on they only last 30 mins and when I try to reconnect it telling me (Highly charge) what does that mean and I can’t use them. Can someone from the support team please get back to me. As soon as you please.
