Infini Pro can not pair with chrome cast for google TV

Chrome cast for google TV get new firmware in Apr 2021, wonderful HDR 12Bit. But Infini Pro sound bar still not on it’s pair list.
I was informed my sound bar not supported here due sold from other region…
Any one pair them successfully?

To offer further assistance, I’m wondering about the current firmware version of your Infini Pro soundbar？In your case, please also try to unplug everything and replug them again and turn on the Soundbar and hold the Source and Vol+ button for 10S to reset. If your issue remains, please just drop an email to service@soundcore.com they can investigate this for you ASAP.

Hi: Current soundbar version 32.27, for me due Soundcore not cooperate with Google, maybe need pay to make it listed. So far it can use, just unstable.
contacted Soundercore service, they finally say not support due not sold NA zone.
Just wonder if I’m only one to pair it with Chromecast for Google TV box?

no yet, still need re-boot or re-connect time to time, looks soundcore no big plan to Dolby Atoms market
