Issue with liberty air 2 earbud

I have had an increasingly common problem where the right liberty air earbud refuses to turn on. It will play the booting noise (the dum dum dum), but then will not say the battery power or turn on.
The only way I can get it to work is to repeatedly place it back in to the case, hope it connects to the case, and take it out again until it works.
The battery is always high, so that’s not the issue. Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting them? Could help you.

Hmm if they give that power on sound, they should be on. You can check with customer service in case they have some other things you can try.
