Left ear bud not functioning

I recently got the Air 2 pro and it was working fine but the left ear bud is malfunctioning now, doesn’t connect automatically out of the box,I would have to use the reset button to always power it on,the right bud is working fine.

Any suggestions please?

Im having the same problem as well, I’m not sure why this is but usually if you put the earbud back in the case close it and then open it right away it should start working again.
