I read messages complaining the (L) earphone was not working. My (L) earphone has not worked for quite a while and was surprised to hear this from so many others.
It’s not clear about the model of your earbuds.
Anyway I would suggest to reset earbuds. It helps in most of cases.
State your model.
The common standard reply is to delete your pairing, reboot phone, reset the buds, and try a different phone.
If it’s bad across different phones and after a few resets then open support ticket.
Without knowing the model there will be no help.
