Left side Soundcore life note ear but not pairing

My Left side Soundcore life note ear but not pairing. when i put in case for charging it continue normal blinking. i remove earbud rubber for better adjustment but it continues. I also repair several time but not be able to connect. Need your support.

What do you mean with “repair”?
Do the following:

First remove tha buds from the all the devices they are connected to…
Do a full reset.
Clean all contacts (sockets / plugs) properly.

I this doesn’t help email the support and add all the steps (above)
you have already done.
