Liberty 2 pro case battery

Hi all. I’ve had my liberty 2 pros for a year, and they’re great. However, in recent weeks, it’s become clear that the battery in the case is losing its capacity. It can now recharge the bus about once, maybe 1.5 times, before it must be recharged. I used to get days off charge of of the case - 4, 5 charges. Not any more.

Is there any thing to be done? Is this a known issue, or am I special? Is a replacement possible?

I’m not sure if that is normal degradation but you could contact customer service like @Duane_Lester suggested. They can give you more info about this and possible exchange your unit since it is only a year old
