Liberty 2 Pro - Voice sounds muffled on calls

Hi,

My free Samsung earbuds were crystal clear on calls compared to my Liberty 2 Pro.

The mic picks up so much of the ambiental noise, that’s it’s impossible to distinguish my voice.

Anything I can do differently to see improvements on that?

I think… there isn’t much you could do.

The most you could do, if anything, is to switch to your phone and remove one earbud to talk.
