Liberty 3 Pro Audio chopping on Surface Pro 4

I just got my L3P, the first thing I notice is there’s no LDAC enabled with my Fiio M11 Pro player.

The second thing is audio chop for 2-3 secs like every min or so on Surface Pro 4. My L2P have no issue on the same machine. Also I found bigger audio delay than L2P.

Audio chop is most commonly caused by either

  • bad pairing. Delete all pairing and reset buds. Pair again. Try at least twice.
  • Concurrent connections at different bluetooth versions. Looks like your Surface is BT 4.0 and your player is 4.2. Try connecting to the Surface first, then the player.
