Liberty 3 Pro Fails Ear Canal Test

I’ve set up my Liberty 3 Pros and have successfully passed the fit test, but even with ambient noise at the correct level for the calibration app, it always says “Something went wrong please try again.” Nothing I seem to can get around this error. As a result the noise cancellation doesn’t work correctly. How do I get past this error?

Delete the pairing and reset the buds is first step.

Make sure you are running the Ear Canal Test in a noisy environment.
