Hello,
My left ear bud is losing battery inside the case and the right one is always full. I don’t use my buds freqvently like once-twice in a 2-3 days,and i charge them and the left goes to full,and after 2 days when i open the case the left is around 40 % and the right is 100 %. I tought it was the LDAC so i truned it off,then reset my buds with the case,but it’s again the same problem.Is this a common thing or a problem with my buds so i need to return them for service?
