Liberty 3 Pro - Voice sound Distant during Calls

I have recently bought Liberty 3 Pro, but I received complaints that during call they cannot hear me very well - my voice sounds distant. My phone is Pixel 6 - Android 13. I tried the following
Resetting the earbuds
Forgetting the device from Bluetooth Settings
Clear/reset the for WiFi and Bluetooth Settings from the Android recovery menu
Toggle on the option Mono Audio

but nothing has changed.

The interesting part is that my liberty 2 Pro are working fine with the same phone.

Has anyone face someone else faced anything similar or has any suggestion?

If your post is still relevant try repositioning the buds in your ear. They may look like they’re seated properly but with oil and sweat plus warmth in the ear canal they will shift slightly and the mics could come out of the ideal pick up zone causing your voice to sound like it’s behind the mic which transposes into a distant sound for the other caller. Hope this helps.
