Very few own these (including I don’t have them) but this Soundcore multipoint issue is very common across the Soundcore products I have claiming multipoint.
You should find the common issue is you have to connect to the oldest Bluetooth version first (typically a PC first, phone second) to make it connect, and the switching does not work if you’re playing any media, e.g. if PC and phone connected, you have to stop playing media and close the browser tab / app before switching would occur.
Let us know what works or doesn’t work more in depth as relatively few have these for others to know.

Make sure you are not using LDAC. Multipoint doesn’t work in conjunction with LDAC (BT bandwidth issue).
