Hello Dear Soundcore Team,
have the liberty Air 2, when using the battery of both earbuds does not discharge same if one is on 80% other is on 90%, also for sometime now they are taking a bit of delay to charging status when put back in case.
can there be a firmware update for this?

Did you search? This comes up a lot, hence why the search feature.
From the other thread mentioned above some people mentioned the battery difference might be from which earbud is taken out of the case first and therefore becomes the primary earbud. If you want you could email support and they can tell you if it’s an actual issue with your headset or if it’s normal.
As for the delay how long of a delay are you talking a couple seconds or a long time?
