I am facing the same issue. It’s less than a week I bought them. Also noticing serious reduction of the range after the firmware update.

I guess I’m not alone. Hoping for new firmware update, maybe the software is the source of the problem

I replaced my buds 2 times and have the same problem.im pretty sure its a firmware issue… I even fought with the support…after that they dont reply me anymore lol

That’s what i thought as well. I noticed that my right bud intermittently doesn’t charge when i put it back in the case. Do you face the same problem too? i think it starts when i updated the firmware
