So my left earbud has more or less significant worse sound quality. Lows, and highs are pretty much non existent, only the mids sound normal. This results in some sort of “mono” effect on the right earbud.
I have reset the airbuds ( held the button on the case until both blinked red),tried different sound profiles in the app, and used different eartips to see any differences. This problem does not persist on other headphones on the same device ( i´ve used in-ear, over-ear, bluetooth and wired headphones).
Is this some sort of known problem that can be fixed or is replacement my only option?

As far I see you made such a lot of testings.
I suppose the buds are defective.
