My Soundcore app not getting connected to Liberty Air 2 buds.
Tried everything including reset of buds, app, pairing, unpairing but still not working. It’s giving an error.

If you still use these earphones and you have android phone with developer options turned on i suggested to turn them off and try the app again. This has solved my issues, getting errors in the Soundcore app and not being able to use hearID, EQ and other options. The anker support was not able to help but after thinking of a lot of things that could cause this, I finally found out that developer options enabled on the phone was the culprit.
