Liberty air 2 pro pairing issues

Hi have have just received my pair of Liberty air 2 pro ear phones but unable to pair them to my Galaxy S10+
I have followed all instructions, reset the ear phones and re installed the sound core app. But still wont connect…Any solutions?

Is it you can not connect the BT section? or Is it that you connect them to the Galaxy but not to the soundcore app? If it is the app try this below.
