Liberty Air 2 Problems

Hello I’m New To Anker I Just Got my Soundcore Liberty Air 2. I have to open the Soundcore app Everytime to apply my eq settings. Is this Normal?
Or is This A Bug?

If you take both out of the case it connects to the app and should use the last eq you had selected. You shouldn’t have to reselect it every time.
Only time mine changes is if I change it.

Are you using android phone with developer options turned on? If so, try to turn them off and see if this helps.

I just purchased mine , 2021. The soundcore app, frequently won’t connect to the buds. I have to bring up theapp many times while the units are not in my ears to connect them.
