Liberty Air Connection Issue

I’ve noticed that every time I listen to music on my liberty air 2’s, the music will cut in and out intermittently. It almost sounds like buds are having trouble staying connected (sounds like a skipping CD). This usually lasts anywhere from 5-15 seconds and happens multiple times during a workout. Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve been using mine all day and haven’t had this issue.

Try resetting them

I have this issue every once in a while. I find its mostly with Spotify.

Here’s things that could be causing issues.

To many apps open and draining resources. Close all apps and restart phone. This works for me.
To people running Bluetooth Devices. I sometimes get this when I walk buy 10 or gym guys with their true wireless earbuds on. Not much you can do here.
Music App needs to be updated.
Firmware on the earbuds needs to be updated -If its possible.

Had similar on the first few uses of the Liberty 2 Pro, a quick reset resolves these issues in most cases :slightly_smiling_face:
