Liberty Air Skype for Business - Mic not connecting


I am trying to connect my Liberty Air to my laptop to use Skype for Business, but Skype for Business only allows me to have audio and not the microphone. When I connect to Windows it does reflect in settings that it both speaker and microhpone. Is there a solution?


I have the same question, if you found a solution, please share it.

I have found if I connect both buds to the laptop, and switch to hands free, that everything works. I’m using Windows 10, connecting via WebEx and Jabber calls.

Thanks, my issue is only with Skype for Business - works fine for Jabber and MS Teams, was this your experience?
