Hi over the last two days my right bud has started to act weird. It went from 100% same volume as the left to down to barely a whisper. At that point I unpaired & reset them and then cleaned them with alcohol. That helped a bit but now I would say they were about 50% the volume of the left and then after a little while they dropped back down to whisper. It has pretty well followed the 50% volume to whisper and back up cycle all day today. Any help is much appreciated.

Wondering if you have something stuck on the touch sense for volume control?
I don’t know of you could disable the touch features in app, but maybe if you can and the use your device to adjust volume, see if it helps?
Also, firmware up to date?
