No matter the song or genre, the kick drum sounds distorted. It’s so disappointing. Any tips? Anyone having a similar problem?

Have you contacted support? I have had great results with Soundcore support. Not like other brands. I had an issue with one of my Liberty Air 2 buds not lasting as long as the other. They sent me a whole new pair.
