I keep trying to pair my brand new headphones to my phone but when i try it wont show up at all on my available devices. Ive tried resetting my phone and my headphones but still wont connect. My headphones are fully charged. Please help im losing hope!

In case you already tried to reset and forget headphones on your phone the only I can suggest is to connect customer support by email service@soundcore.com
